Job title: Regional Sales Manager Asia

Job description:
Utilize engineering knowledge to sell existing customers extrusion replacement spare parts and CX Extrusion; develop and build new customer accounts for CX Extrusion; participate in development of new style of extruder with sister company in China; and provide effective customer service with existing and potential clients. Provide effective communication to internal customers to ensure on-time delivery and a quality product. Develop sales forecasts to develop plans and budgets for growth and development; display at and visit trade shows; participate in company sales meetings. Prepare required reports for sales reports, expense reports, budgets, projections, action agendas, trip reports, and sales calls.

Requirements:
The minimum educational requirements for the position are an MBA or foreign equivalent in International Business or related field. Undergraduate degree or equivalent in Engineering. 2 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager Asia or similar position, such as International Sales Engineer or similar duties under different job title. Fluent in Chinese; willingness to travel to China for extended stays; demonstrated communication and customer relation skills. Demonstrated knowledge of theories and practices of industry, chemistry, engineering and experience with sales and marketing.
